- Our General Newsletter is for anyone who wants to improve their
communication skills (or those of their team) or for those with a general interest
in Speak First and what we offer. We’ll give you hints and tips to take your
skills to the next level. We’ll also include competitions and special offers.

are responsible for training and coaching in their organisation. We’ll give
you information and advice relevant for you and your role - helping you to develop
your staff as well as improve your own soft skills.
