Current vacanciesWe are currently looking for an associate trainer and coach who can deliver in Russian, who is either based in Russia, or who can travel to Russia for work when needed. Similarly we are looking for another French speaking trainer. We are also looking for associate trainers based in the USA. In all cases we need someone who can deliver our core areas of communication skills, presentation skills and personal impact and who fulfils the requirements below. General requirements
Where we have vacancies, we are looking for associate trainers with 5+ years’ business experience and at least 5 years’ soft skills training. Speak First provides full support to familiarise trainers with our courses and approach. We are also looking for experienced Journalists to run our Media Skills courses. You must also have a successful track record as a trainer in this field.
We look for trainers with experience in the design and delivery of a range of communication skills training. Successful applicants will be high impact trainers who walk the talk, build rapport quickly, have an excellent voice, an unflappable nature, innovative ideas, excellent writing skills and the flexibility to adapt their style to suit the needs of the audience. Fluency in another European or Asian language (to training delivery standard) is an advantage but not essential.
