Amanda Vickers
Amanda is Managing Director of Speak First, a global communications training company. She has many years experience in training, coaching and management development across Europe and Asia. She has expertise in communication - including assertiveness and conflict management, leadership, personal impact and individual and team coaching at senior management level.
Amanda brings energy, compassion and fun to everything she does and has helped a vast amount of people increase their confidence and achieve satisfying results. Her background is in the financial services sector, where she managed a team of 60 people.
She has a BSc Hons Psychology, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Coach. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and The Institute of Directors.
Amanda is co-author of ‘Coach, Be Your Best and Beyond’, ‘Confident Coaching’, ‘Essential NLP’, ‘Present with Impact and Confidence’ and ‘Personal Impact’.
