Bridget Strong

Bridget Strong has worked in Europe as a coach, facilitator and trainer for many years with global organisations in both the private and public sector. She has a commercial background in international sales, team development and management, across industries such as advertising, import/export, IT and tourism. She also spent five years training, developing and managing a team of trainers for a large financial institution.

She specialises in communication skills, personal and professional effectiveness and relationship building. Bridget works with groups and individuals, and has lots of experience of training and coaching senior executives.

Her approach is to build trust and encourage people to believe in themselves and their ability to develop and progress. She combines humour with commitment and enthusiasm to create an effective, dynamic and fun-filled learning environment.

Bridget has extensive experience of working with different cultural groups – having lived in Germany, France, Spain and the UK, often working with international organisations. She is passionate about Spanish, which is her second language. She is also fluent in German.

Bridget has a degree in psychology, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP coach.
