Cherri Holland brings to any assignment substantial experience with organisation and people development, varying from positions in large corporates to consulting projects working with executives and teams, in icon companies, from all sectors, in 6 countries. She specialises in Business Development, Personal Impact, Business Writing and Presentation Skills.
Cherri has particular interest in quick and effective ways to cut through complexity in organisational effectiveness, manage change and equip people with the skills needed to get results from themselves and those they work with, both inside and outside organisations. This has included changing conflict dynamics and getting individuals and groups past historical barriers, to achieve peak performance.
Experience has taught her what works best in a range of different organisations and she uses a variety of approaches to get results. These have included strategy planning sessions, people management skills training, leadership and internal marketing strategies (managing the internal brand), interdepartmental teamwork and communication training, relationship management between customers and suppliers, and sales/presentation techniques.
Cherri has a BA (Ind Psych), and has recently authored her first e-book (“Performance Coaching Made Easy”) with more in the pipeline.
