Kate Lascelles has a background of dynamic communication training and facilitation. Over a number of years she has delivered high energy, impactful programmes and conferences to a range of clients across the corporate landscape. From consultative design of bespoke courses through to lively delivery to meet business objectives, you can expect engaging and memorable experiences.
Before joining Speak First Kate was a director of a training company in Singapore, and prior to that she was based in Australia. Kate has also worked in the EMEA region. She has trained and developed teams throughout Asia, in the UK, Mexico and Australia/New Zealand. From graduate level training through to 1:1 coaching of senior executives, Kate’s feedback from, and successes with, her clients have been consistently positive.
Kate brings experience from the fields of executive sales, language, customer service, education, senior account management, and dramatic arts. Her aim is to constantly strive to exceed clients’ expectations while delivering a meaningful experience for each individual.
Kate specialises in Sales and Customer Service training, Presentation Skills, and Influencing and Persuading. She is co-designer of a new Speak First course, ‘Selling over the Phone’. She is also fluent in Indonesian. |
