Laurie Cooper is a specialist in training and development, coaching, organisation development and transformation management. His expertise span a wide range of communication and business relationship skills. He works with individuals and groups at all levels, providing training, facilitation and consulting support services.
He takes a client-centred approach and combines effective communication and analytical skills with his background in counselling, training, coaching and mentoring, to assist clients in achieving outcomes that are beneficial and appropriate to them.
Laurie has strong experience at a senior and executive management level and was a Team Leader in Training & Organisation Development with a major international consulting organisation, working on assignments in both Australia and overseas. He has provided consulting and support services to clients in the Health, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, Defence, Emergency Services, Commercial and Public sectors in Australia and South East Asia.
Laurie holds a BA in Anthropology & Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Behaviour and a Masters in Education; he also holds facilitator accreditations in a number of recognised profiling instruments.
