Mikhail has had a highly successful career in the world of people development, working as a head-hunter, Training and Development and HR manager, head of an international training company and as a coach and consultant.
Mikhail takes a facilitative approach to coaching and is also skilled in motivational speaking for large groups of participants. His adaptability to clients’ needs allows him to train and coach people of all levels, nationalities and cultures.
He possesses a unique combination of a natural charismatic communication style and strong analytical skills (gained through his university education, PhD in Psychology and 6-year professional training in Group Psychoanalysis). His confidence and strength in communication have been developed even further through television and radio anchorman professional courses.
Mikhail also holds numerous international certifications (Situational Leadership, Situational Service, Personal Profile Analysis, Human Job Analysis, Everything DISC) and has completed courses in training and consultancy. Several times he has been named among the best Russian trainers on Management and Sales Skills by industry publications in Russia.
As founder and president of the Russian Professional Association “Business Trainers’ Club” he helps his colleges to find their own personal way to success and professional excellence.
