Ric Abadesco brings a unique mix of international business exposure, senior management perspective and operating experience in sales, public relations, corporate planning, organisation development and human resource management. He was for many years a corporate executive of large multinational companies based in the Philippines and the United States. His international experience include living and working in Hong Kong, Singapore, Belgium and the United States. He had projects in various countries in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
Ric’s passion is in supporting individuals maximise their full potentials and he loves the challenge of creating organisations fit for the human spirit. He has mentored senior executives on strategy and personal performance and facilitated many training programs on leadership and management effectiveness. Ric has a strong background in Organizational Transformation and the Human Resource Management areas.
With an MBA degree from one of the leading business schools in the Asia Pacific region, Ric has attended professional and executive development programs in the Europe, the United States and the Asia Pacific. He is active in education as lecturer in a number of universities in Manila and was the 2008 national president of the People Management Association of the Philippines. |
