Thomas Boysen has been a corporate consultant since 1994, specialising in management, sales, communication and presentation training, organisational and team development and coaching. He has been instrumental in setting up change management processes in the manufacturing and service industries and sales academies for the retail sector. He has designed and delivered assessment centres, training and development programmes and individual professional coaching for both public and corporate organisations. As well as this wealth of experience in the world of learning and development, Thomas draws on his 14 years in leadership roles at Dresdner Bank .
Thomas’ own professional development has been enhanced with training and qualifications in Facilitation, Mediation, Business Process Re-engineering and several areas of Psychology.
