He has an effective and supportive approach to development, consistently combining humour with systematic knowledge to create a dynamic and fun-filled learning environment. He facilitates people to apply practical solutions and make change happen. Victor has also developed expertise in establishing HR infrastructure and sales management systems for small and medium enterprises in China, helping them to develop their strategies, or to plan leadership programmes.
