Bite size learning
If time and budget are tight, but you have specific areas of development you need to address, bite-size learning will give you the training you need, cost effectively. Our Learning Bites are great value 2-hour sessions that give participants relevant, specific, but still practical learning on a particular subject. We pack our top advice, tips and examples into two hours, so your people quickly come away with a set of skills they can put into practice immediately. Unlike other bite size providers, we don’t cut the practical exercises and interaction out, as we know how vital that is to the learning process. We’ve cleverly designed them to get just the right amount of knowledge and practice into each session, while catering for up to 18 participants. We’ve a range of Learning Bites covering presentation skills, personal impact, effective communication, networking, negotiation and managing conflict, and we’re always happy to work with you to develop new sessions if you have specific needs.

Blended LearningBlended Learning is an excellent way to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase the longevity of your learning programmes. Mixing face-to-face training, with online information and exercises and perhaps coaching and action learning, is a great way to make learning more interesting, engaging and memorable for your people. This gives you more value from your programmes straight away. By taking some of the learning online, you also save costs associated with face-to-face training and are able to roll it out to more people.
