Bookings
Bookings may be made by phone or email. They will be confirmed in writing.
Price
Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website or confirmed by email at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice. All fees exclude VAT. The price includes tuition, course materials and all refreshments. Any travel and accommodation costs incurred are your responsibility.
Payment
For corporate bookings invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Credit cards are accepted, although, regretfully we cannot take American Express. If payment is to be made by credit card, it must be made before the start of the course. Cheques should be made payable to Speak First Limited.
Cancellations
Where Speak First cancels a course we guarantee a place on the same course on the next available date, or to refund in full any payment received in respect of that course. Speak First will not be liable for any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
If you need to cancel your booking, please call us on +44 (0) 20 7253 2117 (London). Non-attendance for any reason will be treated as a cancellation. In exceptional circumstances we may re-schedule your course place – this must be confirmed in advance with our office in writing.
42 days or more before the course – full refund
22-42 days before a course – 50% of the course fee
1-21 days before a course – 100% of course fee to be paid (50% if you reschedule your booking at the time of cancellation)
Joining Instructions
Speak First will send you joining instructions which include venue details, course timings, any pre-work required and a location map.

All intellectual property rights in any materials related to or used in the provision of open courses remain the property of Speak First Ltd. As the client you may not pass on to others or use any materials without our written consent.
Disclaimer
All information is provided by us in good faith and Speak First Ltd will not be held responsible for actions taken by you or any other individual in your organisation as a result of the information provided during or after our services.
