Communication skills training in India – Speak First leads the way

Improving business success and transforming livesISIL

Speak First is proud and excited to be involved with the Indian School of Integrated Learning (ISIL) – the first of its kind in India. Through the school, we’ll be bringing high quality communication skills to professionals and students across the country. Our vision is to improve business success and transform lives.

As Speak First Managing Director Amanda Vickers says, "India is a vibrant country brimming with potential. We are delighted to be involved with helping people develop much needed soft skills throughout India through our alliance with ISIL.”

Following in the footsteps of CREMA

ISIL is the brainchild of Mr Vijay Moza the man behind CREMA, the highly successful Indian clinical research and management academy. Just as CREMA has helped thousands of students to gain employment and progress their clinical research careers, ISIL will equip students and professionals across all occupations with the skills to succeed in their own careers and businesses.

Helping students get their dream job

For students graduating from university with a wealth of technical skills, getting their dream job can be difficult without the right communication, interpersonal and business presentation skills. By enrolling at ISIL, students will learn how to make the best possible impression on potential employers, whether via their CV, in an interview or once they’re in a business setting. They’ll benefit from a program developed by Speak First that furnishes them with vital skills from our portfolio, including: effective communication, cultural awareness, personal impact, presentation skills, successful interviewing and management skills. Having completed the program (on either a part-time or full-time basis), students will be equipped with the confidence and skills to get the job they want and deserve and to be highly successful in their careers.

Providing first-class training to Indian businesses

Through ISIL, we will also be working with a wealth of corporate clients in India, to provide them with Speak First training and coaching that has been hugely successful elsewhere in the world. All courses will be adapted where necessary to suit the Indian environment and will be delivered by a mixture of Indian and Western trainers. Organisations can choose from our wide range of communication skills courses to enhance the business effectiveness of their people.

Speak First stood out from the crowd

Speak First was chosen as the sole training provider for ISIL due to our whole-hearted commitment to making a success of the project, our long-term approach and our unwillingness to compromise on quality in delivery. Mr Moza was impressed with the standards set by Speak First, in terms of content, delivery and trainers and selected us from a range of potential providers:

"We chose a partner in the UK, Speak First, who has got 20 years experience in high skills training and soft skills. Their philosophy and commitment is so high. Their track record shows that they’ve trained professionals from various fields."

Speak First International

With trainers based around the world, speaking a wide range of languages, and with our Asia Pacific headquarters in New Zealand, this partnership with the Indian School of Integrated Learning emphasises the international status of Speak First. We look forward to really making a difference to students and businesses in India and to continuing our work across the world.
