Steve’s passion is people. That’s why, even as business partner to Amanda, he loves to design and deliver training alongside developing the business strategy and providing leadership for Speak First.

A creative mind, he can often be found in his extensive library, writing or reading a book, picking up a camera or playing guitar.

Many children around the world either don’t have the opportunity to get an education or struggle to do so. Education is one of the most valuable gifts any human being can have. It helps people to make the best they can of their lives and allows them to turn their dreams into reality.

Every year Speak First donates 1% of its total revenue to The Speak First Foundation – a charity dedicated to helping children have the wonderful gift of education.

So far the Foundation has supported children in India, Africa and Bangladesh – with its major project for the last two years providing financial support for a floating school in Bangladesh, benefitting over 200 students.

As a not-only-for-profit company, Speak First is looking to expand the number of good causes it supports over the coming years – and we greatly appreciate the contribution our clients make. Every time you book an in-company course, open course place or virtual webinar with Speak First, 1% of what you pay goes towards making the world a better place.
