SUSTAINABLE AND LONG-TERM LEARNING

Learning should never exist in a vacuum and should go far beyond the classroom. We create sustainable, holistic learning experiences, which will transform your business by establishing a new culture of learning.

 

PRE-WORK

Participants are challenged to begin thinking about the topic and their own personal objectives, based on their current strengths and weaknesses. They may be asked to prepare examples and begin identifying areas they need to improve.

 

IN-BETWEEN WORK

Participants are encouraged to use and practise what they’ve learnt, integrating it into their day-to-day jobs, with opportunities to give and receive feedback from peers and managers.

 

POST-WORK

The end of the programme doesn’t mean an end to learning. Participants will continue to hone and refine their new skills, with managers and wider teams encouraging long-term learning.

 

During the pre-work, in-between and post-work stages, the learning is brought to life by activities chosen to enhance your people’s experience. They may include but are not limited to:

 

Videos and articles to expand knowledge and embed learning.

Quizzes and questionnaires to assess knowledge gain and reinforce learning through repetition.
