We’ve spent decades perfecting what makes training effective, adding innovative techniques that enhance the learning experience for all participants.
Whether groups are all from the same office or there’s travel involved, your time is precious, so we use face-to-face time to its maximum, focusing on interactivity and practice so your people get the most from their time together – often using video recording with immediate freeze-frame feedback to help participants make rapid progress.
Face-to-face training brings a unique atmosphere, building community and comradery, and allowing the trainer to build real rapport with everyone in the room. This can make a real difference in subjects like influence, personal impact, and sales and negotiation, where trying techniques in pairs with another person is central to achieving a successful learning outcome.
We take a coaching approach to our face-to-face learning solutions. We honour the knowledge and experience in the room, giving everyone their chance to share their own insights and then building upon it with practical tools and techniques they can immediately use in the workplace. This means your people feel confident to apply what they learnt as soon as they return to their roles.
We are committed to the safety of your people and our trainers. For this reason, we are only able to deliver face-to-face training where it is both safe and legal.
