CONSULTATION

Our team of Senior Learning and Development Consultants spent time talking with members of the organisation and learning their values and culture, with particular focus on understanding the language used internally.

  • Both fully utilising the 70:20:10 blended model of learning, recognising the majority of learning happens on the job

 

  • Interactive virtual courses every 2-4 weeks over nine months

 

  • In-between work: shadowing or stretch assignments; regular meetings with line managers to discuss progress and ways to fully embed the learning into their daily work

 

  • Team of 5 trainers chosen to run workshops based on expertise and experience they each have on the range of topics covered
