Having previously worked at manager level in the retail industry, Carole is extremely experienced at working in a competitive business environment. As a result her delegates receive training from someone with real life commercial experience, allowing them to draw on her knowledge and benefit from advice and insight gained in the world of business.
Carole was responsible for a small team and has delivered training on a wide variety of topics for over 23 years. Her knowledge is deep in the areas of communication skills and provides her participants with truly effective solutions.
Her delivery style is highly facilitative and engaging, She evaluates the needs of each individual and targets her training based on their needs. She has previously worked with companies such as HSBC, Giorgio Armani, Hong Kong Inland Revenue and many others.
Carole holds a B.A in Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley. She is an NCI certified coach and delivers training in English.
