Alexandra Loaiza Barahona
Alexandra is a vibrant and credible trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in impact and influence, personal effectiveness, communication skills, leadership and management.
With nearly a decade of corporate experience behind her, Alexandra has worked in a variety of sectors and positions including project manager and brand coordinator. Understanding the experience of working in business, rather than just the theory of training, gives her insight into the priorities and needs of her participants.
In her past roles she has managed projects and marketing plans as well as budgets and pricing strategies. In one of her positions she was in charge of recruitment, coaching and training of over 150 staff members.
Her training style is passionate and focussed on drawing out the delegates skills through use of real workplace examples, feedback and practising and implementing their newly learned skills. She has previously worked in a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, commercial banks, automotive, finance, hospitals and government.
Alexandra is an accredited Business Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and certified in the Birkman Method from Birkman International. She delivers training in English and Spanish.
