Ana has delivered training between 3 continents including the Americas, Europe and Asia. Ana’s cultural experience allows her to gain an in-depth understanding of her delegates and their perspectives which means her training is based on real-life situations that benefit the attendees independently in their development.
She has a decade of experience delivering training and coaching for CEO’s of such a diverse range of sectors and cultures. This makes her highly knowledgeable of the development areas often faced by delegates within those industries, allowing for an enriching, supportive and motivational training experience.
Ana has delivered training to companies such as Microsoft, Monsanto, Pioneer Hi-Bred, Aon, Votorantim, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Cargill, Mosaic Co., Abbott, Magna, and Hunt Oil.
Ana earned her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University, California, US. As part of the MSOD projects, during 2000-2002, Ana, participated in projects in China, Canada, Mexico, and USA.
She holds an MBA from Universidad del Pacifico, Lima, Peru and is an author of numerous publications. She delivers training in both English and Portuguese.
