Andrey is an experienced trainer and coach, specialising in sales and business development, management and leadership, communication skills and impact and influence training for professionals.
Andrey uses over a decade of experience working in senior sales and management roles in four major FMCG multi-national organisations, to deliver training with relevant solutions that are utilized by today’s key business players.
His past positions include Regional Sales Manager at Coca-Cola, Unilever and Mars before working as Sales Director at Nestle Waters. His experience at senior level in a globally-known organisation gives him a unique perspective when delivering management, coaching and sales training.
As a trainer, Andrey works with experienced people to deliver practical, effective programmes that improve performance in sales functions. He focusses on increasing the clarity, focus and persuasiveness of communication for people at senior level in organisations. His training style is professional and highly business orientated and engaging. He works with companies including BASF, Barclays, Harley Davidson, Mastercard, EY and Xerox. As a trainer he works both in Russia and internationally.
Andrey has an MBA in Strategy from Vanderbilt University and delivers training in English and Russian.
