Chelle Verite is a knowledgeable and dynamic trainer, facilitator and coach specialising in impact and influence, personal effectiveness, customer service, communication skills, leadership and management and presentation skills.
Chelle has a varied corporate background in organisations such as the Arcadia Group, House of Fraser and Halifax in management and consultancy positions. This cross-sector experience allows Chelle to relate to the sectors of her participants and adapt to their individual challenges and needs, making training more relevant and engaging.
She has a wealth of knowledge in each of her speciality areas, thanks to her experience of designing and implementing various training programmes throughout her past roles to thousands of staff. This enables Chelle to see the wider development needs of her participants, beyond what they’re already working on.
Her incredibly positive energy and attention to detail, and different learning styles, makes her adaptable to the needs of each of her delegates – ensuring that they get the most out of her delivery as they can. She has previously worked with companies such as SMBC, CBRE, MVF, MoneySupermarket.com, KONE, Topshop Topman, AstraZeneca, Deutsche Bank and more.
Chelle holds a BSc in Psychology, is certified as a Skilled Negotiator by the Gap partnership and a certified NLP practitioner. She is also an ICF Accredited coach. She delivers training in English.
