Claire’s expertise come from her rich background of experience as a BBC correspondent and spokeswoman for the UN and WWF International, creating an unparalleled training experience for delegates, that brings them up to a world-class standard of communication.
Having worked in the spotlight, Claire understands some of the pressures faced by participants struggling with communication. She uses this experience when training CEO’s, senior managers and communication teams in international organisations. Her experience as a top class journalist and spokeswoman puts her in a unique position as a trainer as she understands the realities of high pressure presenting and the media.
Claire has trained at CEO and senior management level. Having trained in China, India, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Turkmenistan, Nairobi, Jordan, Turkey, and Ukraine and in many European countries, she has extensive experience of training many different nationalities in widely different communications cultures. Claire’s clients include Amex, Oracle, ILO, BBC, United Nations and WWF.
Claire has an honours degree in modern languages, a post-graduate diploma in broadcast journalism and is a certified teacher of English as a foreign language. English mother-tongue, Claire speaks fluent French and German, good Spanish and has an excellent understanding of Italian.
