David is an innovative facilitator, trainer and speaker specialising in areas around leadership and management and communication skills, impact and influence and sales and business development.

David’s corporate background is enriched with projects and roles that have greatly expanded his knowledge of business, including working on critical projects such as the establishment of BT’s contact center business where he was founding manager. His delegates benefit from learning from an expert trainer, with hands-on experience who is able to offer great insights.

In his corporate career, he has managed teams and worked in other senior level roles such as Head of External Affairs and Director at companies including Aspen Communications and JP Morgan. His expertise is vast and brings relevance to his training that is easy for participants to relate to and understand.

David’s training style is highly interactive. He brings learning to life with real-life stories of his own experiences to illustrate points. Several of David’s previous clients include Lloyds, Aviva, HMPrisons, FCO, Thames Water and many others.

David holds a degree in English and American literature and is DISC certified. He was awarded best trainer, lifetime achievement and business development awards by the Reed Training Awards and is also a lecturer at Royal Holloway University of London. David delivers training in English.
