Deborah Ibbott

Deborah is a well-practised and knowledgeable facilitator, trainer and coach. She is experienced in training in the areas of Leadership and Management, Sales and Business Development and Impact and Influence.

With a strong business background, Deborah began her career more than twenty years ago as a stockbroker, for French-Canadian company Levesque-Beaubien. Since then, she has worked in the publishing and manufacturing industries in sales and training respectively. She has spent a number of years in junior through to senior management, and uses her business working experience to compliment the training she delivers.

Having worked as a trainer for 40 years, Deborah uses her energetic and participative style to deliver impactful training and has delivered training for a range of industries and clients including BT, American Express, Unilever and ExxonMobil. She is a qualified user of the MBTI tool.
