Emma is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach specialising in the areas of communication, personal impact, interviewing, business psychology and teambuilding.
With a background working in management roles in the financial, insurance and telecoms industry she has experience of in-house OD, recruitment and HR. Her business experience gives her a realistic perspective of challenges faced by the people she trains.
For the past 13 years Emma has worked as a trainer and facilitator working with people from graduate level up to senior executive. She is passionate about supporting individuals to develop their impact, confidence and effectiveness and to develop their people.
Emma works with clients including Vodaphone, Logica, Body Shop, DEFRA, SAID- Oxford University Business School and Volvo.
Emma has a BA Combined Hons from Liverpool University, she has a Certificate in Training Practice from Thames Valley University and is accredited in Emotional Intelligence, LiFO, Hogan and SHL Level A&B. She is an NLP Practitioner and qualified to use DiSC. She delivers training in English.
