With a background in senior level sales and marketing in global FMCG companies, she managed sales targets of Euro 25 million and teams of up to 70 people. This experience of both hands on selling and of sales management and senior negotiations means she is able to offer real world advice to the individuals she trains and coaches.
As a trainer she works with multinational companies to support their staff to become more effective in their client relationships.
Eser has an MSc in Marketing from Istanbul University, is an accredited coach (ACPC, ACC, ACT) and speaks English and Turkish.
