Franck Bichot is an experienced and credible trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in leadership and management, sales and business development, communication skills and customer service.
Franck’s corporate background working for some of the largest businesses in management roles has made him highly knowledgeable in some of the best practices, giving him the ability to develop his delegates to a world class level in their position.
Having worked as a manger in sales and accounts for companies such IBM and Oracle, and managing sales targets and designing and implementing development programmes as well as building a network of partners, Franck has experience in a range of areas from sales to communication to personal impact. This brings a level of knowledge and depth to his training that allows delegates to understand multiple perspectives and really get to understand how to target those development areas and progress further into their role.
His training style is energetic, supportive, engaging and fun. He has previously worked on projects with companies such as Portakabin, HP, Adobe and Sealed Air.
A business school graduate, Franck has a Masters in Executive Coaching and is NLP certified. He delivers training in English and French.
