Fred is an engaging and experienced trainer, facilitator and coach, specialising in impact, influence, sales, customer service, negotiation, communication, leadership, management and presentation skills. He develops innovative, engaging and practical training either as stand-alone, blended or complete programmes and has designed solutions for a variety of sectors and clients including – Honeywell, Univar, Informa, Eurofighter, Bentley, DB Schenker, King, Lexus, Intel, Deloitte and Toyota.
From a background established in the automotive industry, Fred has a huge amount of experience at senior and operational level in large, multinational organisations and uses this range and depth of experience to deliver impactful sessions that motivate others to action. The training he provides is built on this extensive experience as well as on the most up to date studies and thinking. Challenging and supportive – his passion is bringing the best out in his participants.
