Gaynor is an experienced and supportive trainer, coach and facilitator specialising in presentation skills, impact and influence, leadership and management, sales and business development, communication skills, customer service, personal effectiveness and business psychology.
With a background working in training and management for a home shopping retail company, Gaynor understands the importance of great client service internally and externally.
She has managed teams of 22 and projects involving over 600 members of staff. The real world business experience means that her training is practical, relevant and based on first-hand knowledge of what works.
Gaynor has been delivering training for twelve years and her delivery style tends to be completely learner cantered, energetic, participative and fully involving of the delegates. Her clients include Houses of Parliament, DLA Piper and Bezier.
Gaynor has lectured in management and leadership at Wakefield College. She is QTLS and PCET qualified and delivers training in English.
