With a solid background in IT systems and a successful track-record as a top-performing Sales and Marketing Director with organisations including Hoskyns PLC, the Pearson group and most recently Head of Sales Performance (Europe) for Thomson Reuters. He has lived and worked in most European countries as well as North America, Mexico, Kenya, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, China, Uganda, South Africa and Australia.
As a result of all this experience, Graham is very well established with communicating globally and easily adapts his training to each delegate whatever their background, maximising their learning outcomes.
His clients include many large and prestigious organisations in Europe, America and the Middle East such as O2, Saudi Aramco, Unilever, BT, Shell, Safaricom, Thomson Reuters, Barclays Bank, Intel and CBRE. His delivery style tends to be insightful, entertaining, enthusiastic and informative.
Graham holds a degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a qualified NLP Master Trainer and member of International Institute of Coaching, European Coaching and Mentoring Council, and the ICF.
Graham has written a number of business books, including ‘Working Smarter, ‘Companies don’t succeed people do’, ‘Telephone Tactics’ and ‘Customer Experience Marketing’. He delivers training in English.
