She has the real world experience of working in a competitive and global environment that her delegates are faced with, giving her the ability to understand and target the challenges faced by each them individually.
Iphigenia has 15 years of training experience across Europe, delivering communications, sales and many other skills training to C-suite executives and managers. Her style is results orientated, analytical, engaging and fun which allows delegates to comfortably express their difficulties and receive specific solutions.
Iphigenia Paparoussi holds an MBA from University of Hartford, USA and a BSc in Business Administration, from the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT), Greece. She is a member at the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE). She delivers training in Greek and English.
