Jaana Susanna Liigand-Juhkam
Jaana is a charismatic and engaging trainer and coach in the areas of communication skills, presentation skills, leadership and management, communication skills, customer service, personal effectiveness and business psychology.
With a background working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs she has developed a strong understanding of different cultures in business and brings this knowledge to her high-impact training sessions.
She has an in depth knowledge of business and the importance of communication, self-image, leadership and customer service, she uses this real life business experience to train her delegates how to improve in their communications to further enhance their organisation,
Jaana has ten years training experience and has developed individuals in companies including Coca Cola, Swedbank, ABB, IXONOS Estonia and Tallinn City Council. Her delivery style tends to be engaging, supportive and exciting for her clients.
She composed Äripäev’s book ”Risks in a Company – Recognition and Handling” (ÄP Kirjastus, 2005), she is Co-author of “Organizational Behaviour Handbook,” (Virovere, Alas, Liigand, Külim 2005, 2008) and is Co-author of Chapter of Training in “Personnel Management Handbook” (Pegasus, 2007), issued by PARE. Jaana has a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia and trains in English and Estonian.
