Janine’s corporate background in senior management and leadership positions, for companies such as Tesco, National Blood Transfusion Service, Fisher & Paykel (New Zealand) and United Technologies, has given her vital insights into the perspective of managers and the solutions her delegates can utilise to be successful within their organisations.
Being responsible for formulating and implementing companywide learning and development strategies, and managing teams for 9 of her 25 years experience, means that participants are receiving training from an expert with first-hand experience.
Janine’s delivery style is highly facilitative and interactive. She draws on the delegates knowledge and skills and creates a comfortable and positive environment for them to thrive in. She has previously worked with a variety of clients including Nivea, DAL Industries (Sudan), Ocado, Australia High Commission, Abbey and BNP Paribas.
She holds an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and is a Fellow of the CIPD. A frequent contributor to management journals, she is co-author of Positively Speaking: The Art of Constructive Conversation with Solutions Focus and The Resilience Pocketbook. She delivers training in English.
