Jeff is a trainer, specialising in Leadership and Management, and Communication Skills. He has over 25 years’ experience developing and delivering bespoke programmes for large public and private sector organisations in over 40 countries. Jeff trains in a range of management and leadership subjects, but most enjoys communication (written, verbal and non-verbal) and its role in influence and persuasion.
He has spent many years in various leadership positions, including Operations, Europe and Middle East, and IT and Marketing Director of BSIQA, with responsibility for about 400 staff. Jeff became a full-time training consultant in 1996 and spent five years as MD of Mentor Interface before the company was acquired by Kaplan Hawksmere (part of the Washington Post Group). He was Head of Management and Leadership Training until he left in 2014.
He since has run training for many UK and foreign government departments, the UN, Shell, Capgemini, Puritan’s Pride, Kia etc. Jeff is passionate about training that makes a real difference to people and their organisations.
Jeff is both a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Quality Professional and holds the Certificate in Online Facilitation. He also plays an active role in the community by supporting and contributing to charities and groups which seek to help people on the physical and neurological spectrum.
Jeff also spent a few years, part-time, as Professor of Operations for the UK arm of IEDE and as Fellow in Total Quality Management for IMC teaching MBA programmes.
