Jerome is a vibrant trainer, coach and facilitator in the areas of communication skills, presentation skills, leadership and management, sale and business development and writing skills.
His background is working in broadcast media company Canal+ as National Sales Manager where he managed a team of 46 people, giving him insights into identifying the development needs for his delegates and allowing him to adapt his training to provide the best learning outcomes.
His experience has been strengthened in IT and services start-ups towards experienced sales teams and functions as well as budgets of €1million giving him credible and relevant examples when training.
As a trainer for the last 16 years, he works with delegates in senior positions within FMCG and IT industries. He’s currently teaching Advanced Negociation and Sales team management to Master studends at EMLV (Management School Léonard de Vinci – Paris).
His style is pragmatic, inquisitive and supportive with spontaneity and plenty of engagement, to solve individual problems.
Jerome has a Master degree in sales and Marketing form Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Pau and a BA in Business Administration from IUT GEA Bayonne. DISC Certified, he uses behaviour and values to drive and implement sales techniques.He delivers training in French and operational English.
