Juan Pablo Heitz
Juan is an engaging and credible trainer and coach specializing in sales, coaching and team effectiveness.
With a background working as International Business Development Director and New Business Manager for companies in marketing and production, Juan has extensive experience of what it takes to really succeed in sales. He had a particular focus in the planning and strategic approach of selling which he transfers to the people he now trains.
As a facilitator, Juan works with participants at a deep level to understand and overcome their barriers to success. He focusses on individual strengths to improve effectiveness, confidence and performance in the areas of sales and business development.
Working across a variety of sectors, Juan trains sales people and sales managers from companies including CIEMAT (Spanish ministry of science and technology), Sandoz and Ferrovial.
Juan has a Masters Degree in Coaching from the Behavioural Coaching Institute, is accredited in the use of Enneagram personality tool, Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence, and Anthony Robbins Coaching/Happy and Brain control. He delivers training in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
