With an extensive background working in sales roles for high profile brands in the publishing industry, she worked across Europe before working in Regional Sales Director roles for Singapore and South East Asia. Her practical, real-world experience of selling to a variety of clients, markets and cultures as well as senior positions managing sales functions gives her the insight needed to make her training relevant to those she works with.
Working in training roles for over a decade, Julia specialises in developing individuals to improve their skills, confidence and performance. Her style is supportive but challenging and she focusses on getting the best out of people.
