Juliet is a knowledgeable and passionate trainer, coach and facilitator who specialises in presentation skills, leadership and management, communication skills and customer service.
Her background is in working for the British Council and Foreign and Commonwealth Office at management level in countries including Jordan, UK and Czech Republic, where she delivered an ambitious change initiative. She has an in depth knowledge of different cultures which makes communication between her and her clients seamless.
For the last seven years she has worked as a senior trainer, delivering and designing programmes across the Middle East, Europe and LATAM across sectors including Education Management, Health, Pharmaceutical, Financial and Leisure industries.
She brings an engaging and interactive style to her training which is highly informed and supportive of her delegates. She has delivered training for organisations such as the civil service, FCO and the British Council.
Juliet has a BA in French and German from University of Stirling, is TEFL trained. She has an accreditation from Institute of Customer Service, is accredited to use Belbin, Investors in People Internal Review, MBTI Step I and Step II and has a CIPD Certificate of Training Practice. She is also a certified coach from the World Coach Institute. She delivers training in English, German and French.
