Katarina Holm – DiDio
Katarina is a credible and knowledgeable trainer, coach and facilitator, specialising in cultural awareness, business psychology, leadership and management, communication skills and personal effectiveness.
Katarina launched her career in the USA 20 years ago at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs before she joined the United Nations HQ in NYC working in HR, staff development and mobility. She has since worked as a Career Transition consultant and as a Career and Staff Well-being consultant within the United Nations System at senior level.
Clients receiving training in any of her specialties, get time with someone who has elite experience working with global leaders giving them an insight into some of the most successful strategies and solutions.
Her delivery style is highly engaging, facilitative and inspiring and she has previously applied this to clients such as the UN,UNDP, UNFPA and Novartis.
Katarina holds dual Master’s Degrees in Mental Health Counselling and Political Science and is an ICF member and certified coach. She is also a member of the Association for Training and Development and is a certified MBTI user. She is author of numerous publications and delivers training in English, Finnish and Swedish.
