Biography

Kate delivers high impact training sessions in the areas of presentation skills, personal impact, leadership, management, communication skills, customer service, personal effectiveness and writing skills.
With a background in international marketing and public relations, Kate worked for twenty years in America. This experience allows her to relate to the different individual needs that exist in corporate environments.
Kate’s extensive work with the senior, middle and junior management has equipped her with the flexibility to adapt the training methods to best suit the delegates needs. She has worked with groups across Asia and the USA and understands their diverse cultural needs of delegates and their businesses.
Her training style is warm, engaging, practical and interactive and she has previously worked with companies such as Cognizant, Dealogic, HSBC, Dell and Apple.
She majored in English at McGill University and underwent her post-graduate studies in Translation at the Université de Montréal and Université Sorbonne. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and offers training and coaching in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
