He believes that training should be enjoyable and compelling. He is passionate about creating open, honest and constructive environments in the training room; getting everyone to improve together.

He has worked worldwide in the technology, finance and media sectors. Having become a conference producer with Cisco systems he has always focused on enabling communicators to create belief and collaborate. He’s helped thousands of sales and creative people develop for organisations including PWC, Savills, Verizon and Dentsu; not only in their skills as influencers, negotiators and communicators but also to enjoy and feel confident in themselves and their teams.

He is an Ashridge business school qualified executive coach and an accredited Systemic Constellations facilitator and DISC practitioner. Whether in coaching sessions, the training room or virtually, he enjoys helping people to make meaningful progress.
