With over 10 years of experience, Li Zhou is a great trainer and coach with a passion for learning and getting the best out of participants. He has a great understanding of the customer care environment. His learning style is very interactive, results driven while also having fun while training. He runs training in Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness, and Leadership and Management. He has coached a number of CEOs.
Li has worked in logistics, retail, banking, energy, oil and power and transport for companies like Volkswagen, Schaeffer, Astra Zeneca, Citibank, and Yamaha. He has set up a number of call centres and developed the training for their staff. He has been an outstanding people manager and has transferred those skills into the arena of training. He is able to adapt to change and make adjustments quickly.
Li possess a Master’s Degree in Project Management, a Batchelor’s Degree in Engineering and is a certified Professional Managers Trainer with the International Professional Managers Association, he is also DISC qualified.
