Having several roles in training and management with blue chip companies, Mark has refined his knowledge across various industries including Food and Beverage, Automotive and Retail. His operational background ensures his training lives in the “real world” and models that are delivered focus on practical application.
Mark has held several senior level positions including Training Manager and Head of Learning and Development. He believes that the training is pointless if it doesn’t deliver value to the business.
With over 15 years training experience, Mark views training as the ultimate win/win: he thinks there’s no greater feeling than helping others achieve their goals and he is amazed how much he learns when he teaches others. He has delivered training for many companies such as McDonalds, Lexus, Vodafone, BMW, Lidl, Bank of America. He has a real passion for virtual design and delivery.
