Beginning as an Account Executive in Robert Weiss Associates, Mark has worked with many industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing and non-Profit. He is quickly able to adapt to people’s needs using his warmth and patience to build rapport and his extensive business knowledge to help his participants develop their thinking.
Mark worked his way up within Fortune 500 companies to Director level within Pitney Bowes. He is positively focused on helping build change within his participants, helping them develop from their core to bring about changes in thinking and therefore performance. Mark has worked with global companies including Nuance Communications and Lee Hecht Harrison.
With 30 years training experience, Mark is an interactive, fun and thought-provoking trainer. He seeks real change in his participants through insightful, real world solutions to challenges they face. His talent for achieving results is astounding, with participants reporting continued benefit from the insights he’s shared with them on their journey.
Mark holds a BSc from Boston University and an MBA in Business from Goizueta Business School. He is Strengths Deployment and Team Conflict Resolution accredited and a Facet5 Practitioner, as well as being a CliftonStrengths Coach through Gallup. Mark delivers training in English.
