Marsha is an experienced trainer, coach, facilitator and author in the areas of presentation skills, communication skills and impact and influence.
With a background as an educator and having designed and delivered communication courses at several universities in South Florida, Marsha draws upon this experience to deliver relevant training and coaching targeted at the individual’s needs of her participants.
Having worked on major communication program roll-outs and worked with thousands of employees, Marsha understands the challenges of implementing and embedding learning to get the best results.
Marsha’s outgoing personality and passion for communication skills capture her delegates attention, and she models the skills she develops people in.
In her 17 years of experience she has worked with a wide range of major corporations including Cognizant and Visa, helping their people increase their confidence when presenting and improving their effectiveness when communicating.
Marsha has a master’s degree in mass communication, a bachelor’s degree in Education and is a member of the National Speakers Association, Florida Speakers Association, Organisational Development Network and Toastmasters International. She is also the author of a workbook ‘Break Your Fear of Public. Marsha delivers training in English.
