Melina is a hugely experienced trainer, coach and facilitator specializing in personal effectiveness, communication skills, impact and influence, presentation skills, NLP and cross-cultural communication.
Melina has experience working in large corporate companies such as Kraft foods and ZTE in senior HR positions. She has worked across different regions, managing teams across South America (Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Paraguay) as well as working for some time in China. This experience working in global organizations at senior level gives her the skills to be able to provide relevant and impactful solutions for individuals and businesses.
Supporting companies and individuals from every continent in the world, Melina’s HR experience has given her insight into all levels of a company and a perspective from each level, which shapes her training to be well-rounded and easy to implement by individuals from executive to junior level.
In her 9 years of experience, Melina has become known for her engaging, fun and most importantly impactful training for organiu=sations such as Johnson & Johnson, ICBC, Dow Chemical and many others.
Melina has a Masters degree in Organizational Coaching and Culture Change from Universidad del Salvador and a certified MAster NLP practitioner. She delivers training in Spanish and English.
