Michelle Van Stijn
Michelle is a facilitative trainer and coach, specialising in presentation skills, impact and influence, leadership and management, sales and business development, communication skills, customer service, personal effectiveness and business psychology.
Michelle has a strong corporate background working with some of the world’s largest organisations. She draws upon her business experiences and applies it to her training and coaching giving her participants real-life situations to learn from, along with tips and techniques to succeed in their roles.
Her 25-year background in sales, across multiple industries, includes senior sales positions at companies including BMW as well as a translation company and the leisure and tourism industry. Her breadth of experience as both a salesperson and trainer gives her a range of tools she uses in her training to help her participants grow in their roles.
Her style is supportive and focused on the development area of each individual whilst remaining engaging, relevant and ensuring training is practical. She has previously trained in the technological, financial and cosmetics industries.
Michelle is an NLP Practitioner and delivers training in Dutch and English.
