He was born and raised in Japan, educated in the USA, and worked in various countries around the world.
He has worked for large multinational companies including PWC and other international consulting firms, including Citibank and other law firms. As a coach and facilitator, he has facilitated training in a wide range of topics, including Leadership, Coaching, Cross Cultural Management, Strategic Planning, Sales Skills, Business Model Building, Creative Thinking, and Diversity and Inclusion. He supported US and European MNCs to rollout their leadership and sales development programs in Japan and successfully facilitated their training courses in consideration of language and culture issues.
He graduated from Keio University, has an MBA from Babson College and is a certified trainer. He also lectures at the University of Singapore. He was appointed as an adjunct researcher from Institute for Transnational Human Resource, Waseda University.
